Jack Daniels and Coke Glaze
1 cup ketchup
3/4 cup Jack Daniels
3/4 cup Coca Cola
3 Tbsps brown sugar
2 Tbsps worcestershire sauce
1 to 2 Tbsps hot sauce of choice
2 Tbsps fresh lime juice
kosher salt, pepper
Instructions
Place chicken wings in a very large plastic bag (or divide evenly between 2 gallon size bags). Pour the Jack Daniels and Coca Cola over the chicken wings to cover. Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Drain the liquid from the chicken wings and discard liquid. Place the brown sugar in the bag with the wings and mix the bag to coat evenly.
Remove chicken wings and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle both sides evenly with kosher salt, pepper, ground red pepper, and garlic powder.
Cooking in the smoker: Set the smoker to 225 degrees. Smoke for 2 hours, turning halfway through. During the last few minutes of cooking brush with the Jack Daniels and Coke Glaze. Cooking in the oven: Place the baking sheet in a 425 degree oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through. During the last few minutes of cooking brush with the Jim Beam and Coke Glaze.

Combine all
ingredients in a saucepan, whisk and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low
and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes, whisking occasionally.
